Connection Call - this is not mandatory for a Systems Audit but it’s always good to get to know each other to determine whether we are a good fit and the service is what you are looking for.

Project Initiation Call - in this call we will get stuck into the details of your systems and you will show us your current process. We love a ‘brain dump’ so treat this call as your safe space to let out all the loves and frustrations of your current ops set up.

Receive your Systems Improvement Proposal - you will receive a full proposal of all the improvements that can be made to your system, including a breakdown of platforms and, wait for it… a workflow! (PS - we looove a workflow!)
From here you can choose to implement these improvements yourself OR you can engage The Ops Alchemist to implement these improvements for you with the Systems Build service, with a discount since we’ve already completed the first few stages of the journey!
