You can expect the following steps and check ins on our journey together:

Connection Call - we will chat about your needs and get to know each other to determine whether we are a good fit.

Review your Project Proposal - you will receive a brief overview of your project needs and our proposed solution.

Project Initiation Call - this is where we really get stuck into the nitty gritty of it all so we can ensure all corners are covered by your new system.

Approve your Project Brief and complete your requirements - you will receive a detailed overview of the project needs and what our solution will look like in practice. There will be some tasks for you to complete to ensure we can complete your project such as providing platform logins.

Project Commencement - The Ops Alchemist starts your project and provides an update at the halfway point.

Project Completion - you will receive a visual workflow and an overview video of your new system.
